Abstract:
A combine process of modified ultrafiltration membrane and ion-exchange membrane
was introduced for desalination of oilfield wastewater with polymer. The results
indicated that modified ultrafiltration membrane had strong antipollution ability, could efficiently remove the crude oil,
suspend solids and polymer in the wastewater, but also ensured the after
ion-exchange membrane system ran steadily. The desalted oilfield wastewater
could confect high viscosity
polymer solution that it would become a substitute for tap water on-site. The
research opened up a new way for
oilfield
wastewater reclamation.

1.處理裝置及試驗(yàn)方法
1.1處理裝置
超濾膜采用哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)改性超濾膜,其材質(zhì)為PVDF,截留分子質(zhì)量為120
ku,具有抗油、聚合物污染的性能。離子交換膜為3361和3362型異相陰陽(yáng)離子交換膜,陽(yáng)膜面電阻< 12
Ω
·c m2 ,陰膜面電阻<
15Ω·c m2, 電極材料為鈦涂釕。改性超濾膜設(shè)備進(jìn)水量20 m3/h,產(chǎn)水量為16.5 m3/h,產(chǎn)水率82%;離子交換膜設(shè)備進(jìn)水量16.5 m3/h,產(chǎn)水量為12.5 m3/h,產(chǎn)水率75%產(chǎn)水量。試驗(yàn)裝置如圖1所示.
1.2實(shí)驗(yàn)地點(diǎn)及工藝流程
試驗(yàn)地點(diǎn)為大慶采油公司聚南八污水處理站,該污水站現(xiàn)采用自然沉降、混凝沉降、兩次壓力過(guò)濾處理工藝 ,處理水回注到高滲透地層。本研究擬將該處理水進(jìn)行脫鹽,然后用脫鹽水配制聚合物。采用的工藝如圖2所示。將經(jīng)過(guò)兩級(jí)沉降、兩級(jí)過(guò)濾的水,先進(jìn)行超濾膜進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,然后進(jìn)入離子交換膜裝置脫鹽。
