7.結(jié)果與討論
。1)絮凝氣浮法能有效的去除淀粉廢水中的懸浮物、降低廢水CODcr,同時能獲得較高的蛋白飼料回收率。
(2)絮凝劑的投加比例以及投加量對CODcr的去除率有很大的影響,在工程運行實踐中如果能夠更精確確定絮凝劑的最優(yōu)投加比和投加量,不僅可以得到更好的出水水質(zhì),而且能夠減少運行費用,提高經(jīng)濟效益。
(3)UASB運行過程中,可以通過出水回流調(diào)節(jié)pH值在產(chǎn)甲烷菌的適宜范圍內(nèi),節(jié)省了投加石灰調(diào)節(jié)pH值的運行費用。
。4)厭氧菌對溫度比較敏感,在溫度較低時,活性降低甚至死亡,因此冬季運行時需對UASB反應器進行加溫,可以利用反應器產(chǎn)生的沼氣作為能源提供UASB所需的溫度,使資源得到充分利用。
。5)由于出水水質(zhì)較好,可對出水進行深度處理,處理水可回用于廠區(qū)綠化、澆灑道路以及廁所雜用水。

[Abstract]:Potato
starch industry brings high concentration organic wastewater, it mainly contain
sugar、protein、cellulose
and fat etc. The coagulation air flotation-UASB-SBR technique has been applied
to treat the wastewater at a starch industry company in Yunnan proveince. The
treatment results show : among which the content of CODcr = 12000 mg/L,BOD5
=6400 mg/L, SS= 800~1400
mg/L, The quality of treated water is up to the decreedⅠdischarge
standard of GB8978-96. In the meantime, it could recover the feedstuff and
Methane, and have a good economic benefit.
